Frank Lloyd Wright’s Unity Temple, named a National Historic Landmark in 1970, was listed in 2009 by the National Trust for Historic Preservation as one of “America’s 11 most endangered historic places.” Based on a master plan by the respected preservation firm, Harboe Architects, Unity Temple’s concrete surfaces, interior paints and finishes, and decorative elements are being restored to their original condition.
